Realtor & Investor, Upstate South Carolina
Before real estate, I spent seven years working at a French bank and later opened my own law practice overseas, helping clients navigate complex deals, contracts, and negotiations.
That experience taught me how to solve problems fast, think strategically, and protect my clients’ interests.
Four years ago, I moved to the United States with my family, not chasing the “American Dream,” but determined to build one from the ground up.
Even before landing, I purchased my first home in South Carolina through a creative “subject-to” financing deal; no bank, no cash, just strategy and trust. When we arrived, we moved straight into our own home. That moment changed everything.
Like many newcomers, I started over.
I ran a car business, flipped nearly 100 vehicles, and learned how America really works — through persistence, risk, and constant learning. But deep down, I knew my true calling was still real estate...
When new families began moving to South Carolina during the immigration wave, I naturally started helping them by finding homes, explaining loans, and helping them build new lives.
That’s when I realized: helping people achieve stability through homeownership is what I’m meant to do.
I studied for my real estate license at night, filmed educational content by day, and shared my journey on my YouTube channel.
Within one year of getting licensed, I closed over 60 transactions and was recognized by D.R. Horton, America’s largest home builder, as a Top-2 agent in Upstate South Carolina.
Today, I combine my background in law, finance, and real estate to help clients and investors make more intelligent decisions from new-build homes and low-interest assumable loans to off-market, foreclosure, and creative-finance deals.
My clients describe me as strategic, energetic, and deeply invested in their success.
Because for me, this business isn’t about sales, it’s about building trust, creating opportunity, and helping families start their next chapter with confidence.
